The best tools for AI is that (a) Chatgpt generating random homebrew monsters in D&D (yes, it is prettty good) and (b) Copilot's and Gemini are great as a writing tool for people where writing needs to be concise and concrete such as being an accountant for small company. And chaptgpt is not replace for your accountant.

Grain storage four seeds is a problem because of how Monsanto and other companies control the seed Market. Farmers cannot grow their own seeds but have to renew annual seasonal contracts with the seed suppliers if they wish to use any grain or seed left over from last year's purchase. The issue is that the renewal of the contract requires you to make an overly large purchase of seed and grain that you will not use up in a single season. This forces Farmers to have to acquire Moreland or storage units to continue holding all the seed and grain they cannot use but cannot afford to waste

What's really scary is they're letting doctors etc. use this stuff... I've done some AI data training at work and it's impossible to train these models to stop "hallucinating".

I think part of the problem is all of us have lost our spine, back in the day before RUclips where I can comment how I feel and vent my frustrations it would’ve been the local pub, community etc making it easier for citizens to form strikes and whatnot and since the common man couldn’t just expel their anger out on the internet they’d join the strikes that’s kind of how I view things now.

They don't own the underlying assets. It's more like horse betting platform than actual investing or trading. It's not possible to transfer 'assets' to different platforms and in their T&C there is a clause that after 6 years of inactivity they will take over your money. Stay away and choose a real broker, not a toy.

The "average" wage is not the *median* wage and for that reason claiming "houses are more affordable" is simply untrue. Rising taxes and interest rates just add to that. Wage income is the same, the average is not the median, the rich are getting richer and everyone else poorer. The market is propped up by professional landlord and agency chains that charge enormous rents that ensure anyone wanting to escape the property owning trap cannot and anyone who tries to live in a van or caravan is prevented by a maze of restrictive regulations. This situation didn't come about by accident, the crisis is deliberate (and that's before you even factor in the ever growing shortage of supply caused by immigration policy). You can't "choose to rent"! They already blocked that exit!

When I explain that all I do to create an AI model is literally write a simple program in R-Studio and hook it up to an excel spreadsheet, it pretty much shattered the illusion for anyone who asks me. These models are not even tangentially useful for most things.
